Welcome!  I’m Ronia (she/they), and as a therapist, I see myself as your co-pilot—someone steady, present, and right beside you as you navigate through the turbulent times of life.  As both of us know, life doesn’t always offer clear skies, but together, we can chart a path through the storms and move toward a steadier, more intentional course. I’m here to support you in building the awareness, confidence, and tools needed to live with more alignment, confidence, and calm.

My clients often describe me as patient, grounded, and emotionally attuned. I bring curiosity, compassion, and clarity to the work—believing that healing unfolds through safe, consistent relationships and an openness to both insight and embodied experience.

As a trauma-informed therapist, I work with individuals who are ready to step out of survival mode and into deeper connection—with themselves, their values, and the lives they want to live. Whether you're coping with PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief, codependency, or exploring your identity, I promise to hold a safe, judgment-free space for you and everything you would like to share and work through in counseling.

In counseling, frequently work with individuals navigating life transitions, neurodivergence (including ADHD and autism), relationship struggles, emotional intensity, substance use, and narcissistic abuse recovery. Many of my clients are processing difficult experiences related to intimacy, LGBTQIA2S+ identity, suicidal ideation, or interpersonal violence.

My approach is integrative and body-aware, drawing from evidence-based therapies like Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Somatic Awareness, Motivational Interviewing, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I also incorporate attachment-based work, expressive arts, and person-centered practices to meet you where you are.

I moved to Boise Idaho more than two decades ago, bringing with me a rich and diverse background that informs both how I live and how I hold space for others.  When I’m not working, you’ll find me recharging near trees or water, curating glittery art projects with my kiddo, gardening, dancing in the kitchen, or road-tripping with the music turned all the way up.
