Therapy is about more than problem-solving—it's about empowering you to live a fulfilling life by striking a balance between work and play, solitude and connection, and ambition and contentment. Achieving this balance is challenging in today's fast-paced world, but it's absolutely achievable! Drawing from my own personal transformation, I'm committed to helping you unlock your full potential and rewrite your story collaboratively where resilience meets growth and every step forward as a victory.
My approach focuses on identifying and reshaping ineffective behaviors, habits, and beliefs that may be holding you back, whether they originate from biological factors or social conditioning. Together, we'll untangle these roots and develop healthier alternatives. Our collaboration will involve exploring triggers, crafting new pathways aimed at deepening your connections with loved ones and enhancing your overall well-being. Striving for this balance allows you to lead a life that is not only successful by external measures but deeply satisfying on a personal and soulful level.
My ultimate goal is to help you make sustainable changes aligned with your values and aspirations. Whether you're aiming to sharpen your communication, master stress management, or nurture deeper self-compassion, I'm here to walk alongside you at every turn. Let's pave the way for enduring change and a life filled with purpose and fulfillment!
About me:
I cherish time with family, whether we're camping under starry skies or tackling winter slopes together. In my garden, I find peace nurturing plants with my daughters and watching both the plants and the girl’s personalities bloom. Woodworking is my creative outlet, and it allows me to craft pieces that tell stories, but it also injects structure into my life that is normally fluid and changing in my therapeutic work. You shouldn’t be surprised if we talk about food once or twice in our time getting to know each other, as I am also passionate about trying all the new restaurants in town. Boise wasn't my childhood home, but I've found my balance in this valley. Wherever life takes you, you can do the same!
