People are much more powerful and capable than they realize and once they heal and break out of their pervious limitations they thrive and report a feeling of finally being "themselves."  I love helping people do this and have been constantly amazed by the improvement I’ve seen with the people I have worked with.  One way I help them accomplish this is helping people uncover the best of what is already within them while helping them shed the pain and limitations that have been keeping them from being more who they really are.  My years of experience and training give me the expertise needed to assist people in making the changes they desire in their lives in a relatively short amount of time.

In addition to my training and expertise, a quality that helps me to be so effective is my ability to be open and easy to talk to. People almost always feel better after each meeting and this feeling tends to build over time. Clients have shared their surprise at the ease of the process, recognition it doesn’t have to be painful, or the need for it to take a long time. I know what it is like to feel stuck, hopeless, and not wanting to be a burden to others. I also know what it is like how to be free of this pain and limitation and I would love to help you do the same. I know first hand that that we can change the way we see ourselves and the world around us. When we achieve this together you will live a happier more fulfilled life.

In my free time I enjoy spending time with my two kiddos and doing all sorts of activities, reading books on therapy and self-help, enjoying the outdoors, and even playing video games

The time that I spent working with Thomas was very short, but it was not without its benefits.  TJ is undoubtedly very intelligent and extremely passionate about his work assisting people. However, you wouldn't guess the level that he's playing on because his laid back demeanor and relaxed, friendly personality makes the therapy sessions easy to complete.
